Channeling the unknown through drawing
Channeling the unknown through drawing
Using automatic and inspired techniques, the artist expresses energies, ideas, identities, and activities into literal or abstract forms which are then interpreted--often with astute insight and clarity.
Psychic art falls within the sphere of intuitive, psychic, and "reading" practice as well as pure creativity.
No prior art or intuitive reading experience is required, only a willingness to explore expectations, processes, and your own creative potentials.
Over the course of 8 weeks, you will learn automatic flow drawing and interpretation, channeling the unknown, and working from pure creative impulse.

Students learn what is meant by psychic art and explore the distinctions between expression and illustration
Week 2
Expressive drawing as investigative method and the relationship of self to "other." Students further the experience of interpretation with practice partners
