How I Can Help
Yoga is a big part of my world and something I love to share with others. It is not only movement, it is a practice of strength, clarity, and connection. My classes are designed to meet people where they are, combining alignment-focused vinyasa with mindful breathwork, accessible sequencing, and guided meditation. I help students build strength and confidence, cultivate awareness, and create space for joy and reflection — both on and off the mat.
I earned my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training certification at One Yoga on Koh Phangan in October 2025, and I bring to this work more than 15 years of experience as an educator, curriculum leader, and coach. I specialize in creating supportive, inclusive environments that help individuals and teams develop resilience, focus, and balance — particularly in high-pressure school and corporate settings where stress, anxiety, and burnout are common.
