If sitting in a room for 50 minutes each week isn't for you, then you might want to consider Walk and Talk therapy.
I bring all my counselling skills into the great outdoors and we journey together, physically and metaphorically, at a pace that suits you.
The benefits of being out in nature are countless; for body, soul and spirit. Combining this with therapy can be deeply impactful.
The only caveat is that you come prepared for the Great British weather! This could mean winter coat, raincoat, sun cream, hat, a bottle of water or all of the above.
The terrain is bumpy so comfortable and waterproof shoes are advisable too.
