Emily made my tentative start to counselling so easy and I immediately felt comfortable and safe. My work with Emily has given me much for than I thought. We explored areas that I dismissed for so long and revealed patterns and havits that did not serve me. Being my first time having counselling I was nervous and anxious, not sure what to expect but Emily made me feel at ease and comfortable from the very first session.
