This presentation is an example of a program I could utilize for the ELL population. Due to working with the ELL population this year, I have seen and collected data that was reflected in my research demonstrating the need they have in support for college and career readiness. This is a shell of a program I could run as a future school counselor in my building.

In this assignment, I demonstrate the process I would go through in finding a gap in my program as a school counselor through research and evaluation. This would lead to designing a plan to meeting the needs of the students in the achievement gap.
