2015 – Present: Implementation Science Lead, LINKAGES Project, FHI 360, Durham, North Carolina
Provide research and implementation science leadership for the USAID-funded global project to improve HIV prevention, care and treatment for key populations. Conduct and support research activities from LINKAGES headquarters and country programs including: gender-based violence and discrimination, HIV self-testing, PrEP implementation, operations research and peer outreach efforts.

Design and execute research studies in the areas of HIV prevention, quality improvement, sexual health, family planning, postabortion care and maternal health. Work with in-country government partners to support health research and development goals. Support health service delivery projects through technical assistance on research and monitoring efforts. Participate in proposal writing and funding development; mentor staff in research methods.
