About Me

I am from southern New Jersey, where I stayed for community college and university. I am now pursuing a Ph.D. in Mathematics at Pennsylvania State University.

My research area is numerical analysis; my previous research area was number theory. My focus is on numerical solutions to partial differential equations.

My current coursework focuses on numerical analysis and optimization theory. I have taken courses in

• Linear algebra,

• Real analysis,

• Functional analysis,

• Differential equations,

• Stochastic processes,

• Numerical analysis, and

• Linear programming.

I was a tutor for several years at my community college and my undergraduate university. At Penn State, I have been an instructor for a few courses, and I have received a teaching award. I have also been a teaching assistant and a grader.
