I’m passionate about working with teens, young adults, college students, and high-functioning women navigating anxiety, ADHD, burnout, and life transitions. Having my own experience with ADHD, I understand what it’s like to feel stuck in overthinking, have trouble focusing, or feel constant pressure to hold it all together. I bring warmth, empathy, and lived experience to our work together, helping you show up as yourself—authentic, messy, creative, and curious—while exploring challenges and building skills to navigate daily life.
About Me
I have a Master’s in Social Work from The Ohio State University, and my experience in medical, school, and community settings allows me to provide supportive, individualized care tailored to each client. I also believe therapy can be fun, hands-on, and creative, using expressive arts and mindfulness exercises to reflect, release, and grow.
If this feels like a space you could be supported, I’d love to connect.
