Throughout my dental education, I have built a strong foundation in comprehensive patient care and clinical decision-making. In the clinic, I have independently managed patients through examinations, diagnosis, treatment planning, and restorative procedures, with a focus on clear communication and patient comfort. I have seen firsthand how taking time to educate patients and involve them in their care improves trust, case acceptance, and overall outcomes. Additionally, balancing multiple patients and procedures has strengthened my efficiency, adaptability, and attention to detail- all skills that I know are essential for a successful associate in a busy practice. I am motivated to continue refining my clinical skills and learning new things while contributing positively to the team and patient experience.

Hi, I'm Emily!
I grew up in Gainesville, Georgia, home of Lake Lanier (and despite what you may have heard, no, I don't think it's haunted!). Some of my favorite evenings are spent on sunset boat rides after most people have headed in and everything gets quiet.
My husband and I have a golden retriever, Nala, who despite our best efforts is spoiled rotten. When I'm not in the clinic, you can usually find me taking Nala for a walk, squeezing in a workout class, reading a good book, or working on a needlepoint project- a hobby I've recently picked up.
We love to travel when we can. Whether it's relaxing at the beach or hiking through a national park, I'd much prefer spending time in God's creation than in a hustling and bustling city. My favorite destinations so far have been Acadia National Park and Grand Teton National Park.
I'm a proud University of Georgia alum and a lifelong Georgia football fan, despite experiencing so much heartbreak (Tyler Simmons was not offsides). One of my favorite memories was being in Indianapolis when the Dawgs won the national championship. It was one of those moments where you just look around and think, “this is really happening.” Go Dawgs, forever.
One of the most meaningful parts of my life is being involved at Warren Baptist Church, where I serve in the preschool ministry. Spending time with two-year-olds each week is a reminder of the joy, wonder, and laughter that can brighten even the most challenging days. Their excitement for life is contagious and often provides the perfect perspective after a busy day in clinic.
As I begin my career in dentistry, I look forward to building lasting relationships with patients, continuing to learn and grow as a clinician, and becoming part of a practice that values serving others with excellence, integrity, and compassion.
