1. Where does EMG provide driving lessons?

EMG provides driving tutorial services in Pampanga, Manila, and Bulacan.

2. Do you teach automatic and manual vehicles?

Yes. We offer both automatic and manual transmission training.

3. Can I use my own car?

Yes. Students may use their own vehicle for their driving lessons, subject to the applicable rate and requirements.

4. Do you provide a vehicle?

Yes. An EMG-provided vehicle is available for clients who prefer to use a training vehicle, subject to availability and the applicable rate.

5. Do you pick up clients at their location?

Yes. We provide location-based and door-to-door service, subject to your location, schedule, and availability.

6. What course should I choose if I have never driven before?

If you have little to no driving experience, we recommend our Zero Knowledge Course.

7. What if I already know how to drive but need more practice?

Our Beginner Course may be suitable if you have basic experience and need guided practice. If you have previous driving experience and simply want to regain or improve your skills, our Refresher Course may be more appropriate.

8. How much is the reservation fee?

A 50% reservation fee based on the total lesson price is required to secure your schedule. Please see our Rates page for the applicable fees.

9. Do you offer discounts?

Yes. Discounted rates are available for selected Zero Knowledge and Beginner Course packages. Please refer to our current rate card.

10. How do I book a lesson?

Fill out our online booking form and provide your preferred schedule and lesson details. Our team will contact you to confirm availability and booking information.

11. How much are the rates in Bulacan?

Bulacan rates depend on the client's location and travel requirements. Please contact us for a quotation.

12. How can I contact EMG?

13. Is one session enough to learn how to drive?

Learning to drive is different for every person. The number of sessions needed depends on your previous experience, learning pace, confidence, and individual needs. Our instructor can provide guidance based on your progress.

14. Do you provide driving lessons outside Pampanga, Manila, and Bulacan?

Yes! Our current service areas are Pampanga, Manila, and Bulacan. For locations outside these areas, you may contact us to inquire about availability and possible arrangements.

15. Why is the Bulacan rate different?

Bulacan rates are provided upon inquiry because the total cost may vary depending on the client's specific location and the travel requirements for the lesson.

16. How much is the reservation fee?

A 50% reservation fee based on the total lesson price is required to secure your booking.

17. What does the reservation fee cover?

The reservation fee covers the applicable fees included in your selected lesson arrangement. For an EMG-provided vehicle, this includes the instructor fee, car fee, gas fee, and travel allowance. For a client's own vehicle, it covers the applicable instructor fee and travel expenses.

18. How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking in advance to increase the chance of getting your preferred date and time. Availability depends on the instructor's schedule and service area.

19. Can I choose my preferred date and time?

Yes. You may indicate your preferred date and time when submitting the booking form. Your schedule will be confirmed by EMG based on instructor availability.

20. Is my booking automatically confirmed after submitting the form?

No. Submitting the booking form is a booking request. Your schedule is only confirmed once EMG has contacted you and the booking requirements have been completed.

21. Can I reschedule my driving lesson?

A requested rescheduling is not automatically confirmed merely because the client has requested it. The new schedule must be expressly confirmed by the instructor/administrator/manager, inform early the administrator or instructor for changes of schedule. 

22. What happens if I need to cancel my booking?

Reservation fee is strictly non-refundable. Client cancellation or no-show forfeits the reservation fee.
