In order to be taken into consideration, you must register and submit an abstract for a talk or poster by March 16th 2026 at noon (CET). The abstract is submitted during your registration to the symposium. Recipients of travel grants will be informed by April 1st 2026. You must be a junior researcher (PhD Student, Postdoc, Assistant Professor) to receive a travel grant.

Important! The grant allowance will be reimbursed after the conference so make sure to save your invoices (hotel booking, flights/train booking, and boarding passes/train tickets) and we will provide a form to be filled out to our accounting office.
