Based in Sheboygan, Wisconsin, The Sheboygan Emerging Artist Project ignites every individual's creative spark through immersive and transformative theater education and performance. Ranging from the creation of cabaret to educational workshops, the Emerging Artist Project seeks to create community through professional theatre experience. Incorporating in-classroom and afterschool workshops with community leaders, teaching artists, and intern artists, K-12th grade students will engage in experiential learning and mentorship that will culminate in the development of basic theater skills and works while working in professional, collaborative, and inclusive environments rooted in equity and the development of social and emotional learning.
