 "Gosh the event that Happened had the real chance to ruin my holiday. When in Rome Friday night my toothache reached pain that was uncontrollable. "My wife and I were three days into a 22 day vacation in Italy, when I bit into something hard and broke a molar in two.  "I had a dental emergency on a Sunday during a bank holiday in Rome ! I thought a very large filling had come loose but in fact it turned out to be more complicated. I received two answers to my frenzied Google request for ‘emergency dental care in Rome’ but Healthy Smile was very timely and super efficient in organising a speedy appointment. Luckily it was our 5th day in Rome so we understood the metro and bus system quite well-in any case instructions to find the clinic were excellent. "Diligence Until 1:30 AM: An Expert with a Huge Heart!"

"Here in Rome for a temporary visit but had an emergency with one of my molars. Contacted Dr Nuri and set up a meeting right away. The procedure lasted way longer than expected due to the complexity of my nerve structure in my tooth (as I got info from the doctor) but the patience and diligence of Dr Nuri got the job done. She performer the first phase of a root canal with a finish of a temporary crown that fits like a glove. Although I have to move on from Rome I will for sure visit her again if I ever have an emergency like this or any tooth related issue. I recommend people to pay the up front fee to secure a appointment because the expertise certainly deserves the commitment. I left the office at 1:30 am after the doctor made sure all my insurance needs were met and double checked if I was okey to travel back to my hotel. Dr Nuri isn’t just an expert in her field but a warm caring human being that has heart for her patients.  "I am from the US and I broke a filling about 5 days before our trip to Europe. I went to the dentist and they quoted me $715 for one tooth. I thought about it and people travel over seas to get work done all the time so I googled dentistry in Rome and Healthy smiles popped up with great reviews so I messaged her to see if I would be able to get in and she messaged back immediately. She communicated all through what’s app and when she would send voice messages it was all in perfect English which was so nice, convenient and comforting. She asked for a deposit which is understandable. Time is money and she needs to secure her time in case I decide not to show up. The day of my appointment she spent about 6 hours on me for the broken filling and she also fixed 2 pretty complicated cavities and my gums did not want to cooperate so she had me come back the next morning to do some touch ups. She truly take her craft personally and wants you to be very happy with the end product. She got a lot of phone calls and she answered everyone of them with the help of her sweet assistant which is not common in the US but I couldn’t be mad because that is exactly how I got my appointment and she was still tending to me and my issues. My fav part other than the beautiful Italian music she played and sang and danced to was that she had a sitting area in font of the chair that she was working on me in that my husband and son were able to be there with me. She brought them espresso and included them in the conversation and gave them very specific places to eat and visit while we were there. That alone meant the world to me because being in a different country for my first time, language barriers and having your teeth worked on by a stranger can get pretty scary. Dr. Nouri and Lolita you two are amazing. Thank you for all you did. Ps I never felt the numbing needle go in on the side of my mouth which almost freaked me out but she did it and it worked!"
