How to get an appointment :
After requesting an emergency appointment ( talking or texting us on WhatsApp at the number +393240468213) we will propose you a timing for your visit.
To secure your emergency appointment at the agreed time, confirmation is required by completing the scheduling procedure through a personalized PAY BY LINK we'll send you by WhatsApp. This guarantees your priority as the next patient in line or allows you to attend at a scheduled time .
We request this confirmation as, in the past, some patients did not attend their emergency appointments after calling us to the clinic in the middle of the night or even after requesting immediate assistance during the day - which prevented us from helping other patients in urgent need.
We kindly recommend avoiding walk-ins, as our patients often present complex cases and waiting times may extend to several hours.
Through the down payment link, you will receive an approximate appointment time, which will be confirmed after the previous patient has been visited.We kindly ask you to remain available on call, so we can contact you in case we need to anticipate or postpone your appointment once we have a clear understanding of the previous case and a more accurate estimate of the required treatment time, allowing you to avoid unnecessary waiting.
The payment includes:
1)emergency scheduling at the agreed day & time,
2)dental visit,
3)dental X-ray,
4)and medical prescription.
Any additional treatment deemed necessary during the visit will be performed only with your prior authorization and added to the visit fee accordingly.
Refund Policy:
The emergency fee is refundable only in the event of cancellation communicated at least 24 hours in advance.
No refunds will be issued for late cancellations or no-shows, as the emergency time slot is exclusively reserved for you.
If you encounter any issues during the payment process, kindly inform us ASAP, as availability for walk-in emergencies cannot be guaranteed.
Once the payment is received, you will immediately get a WhatsApp message confirming your appointment, along with the Google Maps link to our clinic address and direct entrance.
