The Community Christmas Concert Series is a set of up to 5 free concerts for the audience and the venues during the holiday season. It is our way of being able to give back to the communities we work and play in. We seek out small businesses and interesting spaces that might benefit from a little extra marketing boost by having a concert in their work space, during the shopping season. We work with venues who are friendly, customer and guest focused, kind, have nicely decorated spaces, warmth for the audience, and are open to having music in their shops. The venues can range from grocery stores, to cafes and coffee shops, shopping malls, caves, nurseries/greenhouses, farms, and more. We love out of the ordinary type venues. If you have a venue or know of a venue that may be struggling or can use some help with getting more customers into the door during the holiday season, please send us the information to emcy.fans@gmail.com and we'll get in touch.
This year's Community Christmas Concert Series features traditional Christmas songs from around the world and some original tunes by Barb Kronau-Sorensen. Barb is performing on acoustic guitar.
We work with local businesses as advertising sponsors to help support the production and advertising costs. If you would like to be an advertising sponsors, please send us an email: emcy.sponsors@gmail.com
