EME ALFONSO 2025 TECHNICAL RIDER

1. P.A. SOUND

A processed and tuned Line Array system is required, capable of producing a 120 dbs SPL signal throughout the frequency range at any point of the auditorium/venue.

Suggested systems: D&B, L'Acoustics K2 or Kara, Meyer Panther, Electro-Voice X-Line, Martin Audio or similar.

2. P.A. CONTROL

The mixing console must be located in the center of the auditorium/venue, taking the P.A. as a reference, with a good view of the stage. It should be in a flat place at the same level as the audience, not exceeding a distance of 20 meters from the stage.

Suggested consoles: Yamaha RIVAGE, DiGiCo SD12 or SD10, AVID S6L, Midas PRO Series or similar.

3. P.A. SPECIFICATIONS

A mixing console with at least 32 input channels to handle the necessary monitor mixes.
All mix channels will require a 31-band EQ inserted on each output channel.
Four stereo IN-EAR systems: SHURE PSM 900 / PSM 300 or similar, with their respective receivers for each musician.
Two sidefills, each formed by 2 ARCS + SB118 or similar.
A qualified monitor technician.
The monitor control must be located on the right side of the stage, as seen from the P.A. control.

5. STAGE PLOT, MONITORS, AND CHANNEL DISTRIBUTION

The stage must have a minimum size of 10 x 8 meters, with a height of 1.5 meters. There must be enough space on the stage wings to locate the P.A. sound and monitor control. The stage should always be clean and free of cables.

6. RISERS

One 2x2m riser, 60cm high, for the drums.
These risers must have wheels and brakes.

7. MONITORS

The monitor console should be on the right side of the stage, with good visibility between the operator and the musicians.

9. BACKLINE

Drums: DW SERIES, SONOR, LUDWING, YAMAHA.
- Bass drum 20", snare drum 14" +6, tom 10", tom 14", floor tom 16".
- Hardware 5000 Series (or similar). Hi-Hat Stand: 5500D (3 legs), Snare Stand: 5300, 6 Cymbal Boom Stands: 5700, Round Thrones: 5100, Bass Drum Pedal: 5000

10. DRESSING ROOM
Two clean dressing rooms, each equipped with:

Two full-length mirrors, adequate lighting for makeup, hangers
5 chairs, 1 table, 8 towels

A common space will be necessary for this purpose (if unavailable, it will be set up in the larger dressing room). Catering must be ready upon the group's arrival.

11. CATERING

One bottle of wine
Assorted soft drinks (orange, lemon, tonic, cola)

12. STAFF

A production manager capable of making decisions regarding the production.
A P.A. engineer with extensive knowledge of the sound system.
A monitor engineer with in-depth knowledge of the monitor system.
One backliner.
A lighting engineer with comprehensive knowledge of the lighting system.
Two individuals to load and unload equipment and assist the band with the backline on stage before, during, and after the concert.
Security staff for the dressing room and backstage before and during the concert.

13. SOUNDCHECK
The band will require a minimum of 90 minutes to test the backline and conduct a brief rehearsal to check the P.A. monitor and sound system.

Audience access will not be permitted without the artist's management's consent. If any issues unrelated to the band cause a delay in the soundcheck, this may affect the opening time of the doors if necessary.

14. PRESS, PHOTO, VIDEO, AND AUDIO RECORDING
Press and promotional activities related to the show will be communicated to the artist in advance. If the venue and/or contractor wishes to record video and/or audio and/or take photos of the show, this must be agreed upon in advance with the artist's management in a separate contract. This material will be used solely for promotional purposes and will be shared with the artist after the concert.

15. AGREEMENT
This technical rider is an integral part of the agreement/contract between the contractor and the artist. Any changes to the specifications outlined in the rider must be communicated to the artist's management in advance.
