FORMAT: FOUR MUSICIANS AND ONE MANAGER

1. LOCAL TRANSPORTATION:

• The Contractor shall provide one (1) 12-seater Van with sufficient space for the transportation of the band, their personal luggage, and some instruments.

• Transportation for the band must be available for pickup and drop-off at the airport, for pickup and drop-off for soundcheck, before, during, and after the performance.

• The Contractor shall provide transportation for the artist or the band in case of interviews related to the concert.

• Additionally, the main transfer from Madrid to the festival venue must be covered by the Contractor, including plane tickets for all band members and the manager. Low-cost airlines are to be avoided due to the high incidence of luggage loss, delays, and schedule non-compliance.

2. ACCOMMODATION:

• The Contractor shall provide the band with accommodation, according to the room list indicated below, in a 3, 4, or 5-star hotel, with a private bathroom in each room, free internet included, as close as possible to the event location. 

• The Artist shall have the right to request a hotel change if necessary, whether due to lack of sanitary conditions, security, or malfunction of basic comfort needs such as bathrooms with hot water, beds, air conditioning and/orheating, cleanliness, and security. 

• The Contractor shall cover all accommodation expenses agreed upon in the contract.

3. FOODS:

• The Contractor shall ensure that breakfast is included at the hotel assigned to the band. 

• The Contractor shall provide the band with the catering requested in the technical rider, which must be available in the dressing room two hours before the show. 

• The Contractor shall provide the band with dinner on the night of the performance, after the concert. 

• It is noted that there are no allergies or vegetarians in the band. 

4. PER DIEMS:

• Should per diems be agreed upon, the total amount of the per diems stipulated in the contract shall be paid one week before the concert via bank transfer.

5. PAYMENT TERMS:

• We propose a payment of 50% of the total agreed amount in the contract one week before the concert date.

• The remaining 50% must be paid immediately after the concert concludes.

6. PRESS AND PROMOTION:

• All press activities, including interviews, photo shoots, or public appearances related to the event, must be notified and coordinated in advance with the Artist or their Manager.

• We explore the possibility of the Contractor providing the Artist with a detailed schedule of any press or promotional activity at least 48 hours in advance.

• We encourage the Artist to have final approval over any promotional material using their image or name before its public dissemination.

7. FILMING AND RECORDINGS:

• Any type of filming, audio, or video recording of the concert by the Contractor or third parties must be notified and approved in writing by the Artist in advance.

• We consider that such recordings are non-commercial and for archival or internal promotional use of the event only, unless a specific commercial agreement is established in writing.

• We ensure that any commercial use of concert footage or recordings will require an additional licensing agreement and negotiation of corresponding rights with the Artist.

8. TECHNICAL RIDER AND BACKLINE:

• The Contractor undertakes to provide the technical equipment (sound, lighting, stage) and backline specified in the attached technical rider, which will be sent by the Artist at least [Number] days before the event.

• We will conduct a soundcheck with the band of at least 1 hour and 30 minutes before the start of the concert to ensure the correct setup and functioning of all equipment.

• We evaluate that any modification to the technical rider must be communicated and agreed upon by both parties with sufficient advance notice.

9. SECURITY:

• The Contractor guarantees the security of the band, their equipment, and personal belongings throughout their stay, including transfers, hotel, and event venue.

• The festival will have a security plan for the event and it will communicate it to the Artist or their Manager in advance.

10. EVENT CANCELLATION:

• In case of event cancellation by the Contractor, the date date will be the total concert fee must be paid to the artist.

11. LIABILITY AND INSURANCE:

• The Contractor has the necessary insurance to cover any eventuality that may arise during the event, including civil liability and insurance for personnel and the public

3. ALIMENTACIÓN (FOODS):

• El Contratante se asegurará de que el desayuno esté incluido en el hotel que se le asigne a la banda. 

• El Contratante otorgará a la banda el catering solicitado en el rider técnico, que deberá estar disponible en el camerino dos horas antes del show. 

• El Contratante le proveerá a la banda una cena la noche de la actuación, después del concierto. 

• Se notifica que no hay alérgicos en la banda ni vegetarianos. 

4. PER DIEMS (DIETAS):

• En caso de acordar per diems (dietas), la cantidad total de las dietas pactadas en el contrato serán abonadas una semana antes del concierto mediante transferencia bancaria.

5. CONDICIONES DE PAGO:

• Proponemos un abono del 50% del total acordado en el contrato una semana antes de la fecha del concierto.

• El 50% restante deberá ser abonado inmediatamente después de finalizado el concierto.

6. PRENSA Y PROMOCIÓN:

• Toda actividad de prensa, incluyendo entrevistas, sesiones de fotos o apariciones públicas relacionadas con el evento, deberá ser notificada y coordinada previamente con el Artista o su Mánager.

• Exploramos la posibilidad de que el Contratante proporcione al Artista, con al menos 48 horas de antelación, un cronograma detallado de cualquier actividad de prensa o promoción.

• Fomentamos que el Artista tenga la aprobación final sobre cualquier material promocional que utilice su imagen o nombre antes de su difusión pública.

7. FILMACIONES Y GRABACIONES:

• Cualquier tipo de filmación, grabación de audio o video del concierto por parte del Contratante o terceros deberá ser notificada y aprobada por escrito por el Artista con antelación.

• Consideramos que dichas grabaciones son de carácter no comercial y para uso exclusivo de archivo o promoción interna del evento, a menos que se establezca un acuerdo comercial específico por escrito.

• Nos aseguramos de que cualquier uso comercial de filmaciones o grabaciones del concierto requerirá un contrato de licencia adicional y la negociación de los derechos correspondientes con el Artista.

8. RIDER TÉCNICO Y BACKLINE:

• El Contratante se compromete a proveer el equipo técnico (sonido, iluminación, escenario) y el backline especificados en el rider técnico adjunto, que será enviado por el Artista con una antelación mínima de [Número] días antes del evento.

• Realizamos un soundcheck con la banda de al menos 1 hora y 30 minutos antes del inicio del concierto para asegurar la correcta configuración y funcionamiento de todo el equipo.

• Evaluamos que cualquier modificación al rider técnico deberá ser comunicada y acordada por ambas partes con suficiente antelación.

9. SEGURIDAD:

• El Contratante garantice la seguridad de la banda, su equipo y sus pertenencias personales durante toda la estadía, incluyendo traslados, hotel y lugar del evento.

• El festival posee un plan de seguridad específico para el evento y lo comunicará al Artista o su Mánager con antelación.

10. CANCELACIÓN DEL EVENTO:

• En caso de cancelación del evento por parte del Contratante, la cantidad total del concierto deberá ser abonada al artista.

11. RESPONSABILIDAD Y SEGUROS:

• El Contratante cuenta con los seguros necesarios para cubrir cualquier eventualidad que pudiera surgir durante el evento, incluyendo responsabilidad civil y seguros para el personal y el público.
