What We Charge

NO SETUP FEE! YOU PAY NOTHING UNTIL WE HAVE RENTED YOUR PROPERTY!!

TENANT TERM FEE: 4% of gross rent for lease term whether new or on renewal charged up front ($650 min)

MANAGEMENT FEE: 8% of gross rent for lease term charged monthly ($125 min)

ADMIN/PROCESSING FEE: $15/mo

INSPECTION FEE: Twice yearly at $60/inspection

NR TAX ADMINISTRATION FEE: $325 (only applies to non resident clients living outside of Canada)
