What We Do

What We Charge

RISK FREE!  These fees are not charged until we have placed a tenant in your property!

TENANT TERM FEE: 4% of gross rent for lease term whether new or on renewal charged up front ($650 min)

MANAGEMENT FEE: 8% of gross rent for lease term charged monthly ($125 min)

ADMIN/OFFICE FEE: $17/month

INSPECTION FEE: Twice yearly at $75/inspection ($95/inspection outside of Calgary)

NR TAX ADMINISTRATION FEE: $325 (only applies to non resident clients living outside of Canada)
