How to find the rooms
On the first day, there will be arrows guiding your way from the main entrance to the room of the Opening Session. We will then help you find the right rooms.
However, here's a quick guide to our room numbering system:
The first letter corresponds to the building (M = Uni Mail)
The letter or number in the 2nd position correspond to the floor
o R = ground floor (rez-de-chaussée)
o S = level -1 (sous-terrain)
o 1–6 = number of the floor)
The number in 3rd position corresponds to the section. Uni Mail has 4 sections, each corresponding to one angle of the building:
o 0 = left from the main entrance in the back
o 1= left from the main entrance
o 2 = right from the main entrance in the back
o 3 = right from the main entrance
The last 2 numbers correspond to the precise room. You will find it quickly if you are in the right section.
