#IEEEDAY X EMBS Engineers-in-action
Leveraging technology for a better tomorrow

The Chapter Development Committee is inaugurated in 2021. As of now, the Committee consists of 16 Regional Representatives and 6 Core members, to provide an efficient demand-supply chain, connecting the EMB grassroots to Administrative Committee and Executive Committee.

The Committee reports to the Vice-President for Members/Student Activities, Prof Carolyn McGregor, with a mission to:

  • Inspire, Support, Expand and Invigorate EMB chapters worldwide.

  • Share Best Practices, Governance, and Connections amongst EMB chapters worldwide.

  • Leave EMB Footprints in every IEEE Section

The Chapter Development Committee supports:

  • Setting up new EMBS Chapter

  • Re-activating inactive EMBS Chapter

  • Promoting New Chapter Financial Assistance Initiative

  • Promoting Member-Get-New-Chapter Initiative

  • Discovering other Funding opportunities

  • Others benefitting the growth of EMBS Chapter and Members
