Sales Training
Over 3 days, we will take your people through our patented sales approach. It covers every stage of a customer's journey through the sales process. We put a large emphasis on planning the call/visit, to ensure those visits are as effective as possible.
Day One - Focuses on the planning and research aspect of selling - knowing the market, the sales persons own business, and the customer's world. This provides knowledge and credibility, as well as the ability to identify where potential exists in a sales persons portfolio.
Day Two - Focuses on the effective building of a relationship, flexing approaches, influencing, questioning, and listening (the latter being two of the most powerful tools in a sales persons 'toolbox').
Day Three - Focuses on exciting the customer by presenting a solution to a customer in a way that is convincing, passionate, and effective. Asking for the business ('closing'), objection handling and continued evaluation of needs are also essential elements that are covered.
It is a fantastic three days, great fun, and we can discuss how this is 'followed up on' to ensure it is embedded in your salespeople's practices, so you benefit from a positive ROI.
We can also work with your teams on an individual basis, including 'on the road' or in the office. If you don't want the whole 3 days, we work around your needs.

Coaching is a skill that most people have naturally, however, it needs refining and honing to ensure it is led by and focused on the individual being coached. This is why not everyone is effective at it. People can be very good at sharing ideas, but not so good at getting them out of someone else, particularly when that person is experienced and may have 'hit a wall'.

DE&I training / workshops are great at generating awareness, this should be the start of a DE&I initiative, not the 'be all, and end all'.
In itself, a DE&I training session won't change behaviour or attitudes in the long term, we can work with you on this.
The programme itself will build awareness of what 'Diversity' means, what 'Equality' means, what 'Inclusion' is, why they are important, and the value they add. We challenge attitudes and demonstrate why people might think the way they do.
We also highlight the impacts of outdated attitudes, and cover the Equality Act, protected characteristics, and the devastating effect of bullying and harassment in the workplace.
People leave workshop making a commitment to their colleagues and the organisation.
