Specialising in Sales Training and Leadership Training / Development programmes, Embed Learning and CLEAR Training was set up in 2010 to provide the most engaging, ‘real world’ and energetic sales and leadership training programmes (and more). They are memorable, practical and delivered with fun and passion, therefore more likely to be embedded and used in an organisation. We were sick and tired of average or poor (and worse) providers delivering mundane training programmes in the ‘same old’ style and then charging a fortune. ‘Better the devil you know’ seems to be an attitude in a lot of organisations who have training relationships. After trying us, people stay for a different reason, results! Leadership, Coaching and Sales are our 'flagship' services, but we go way beyond that. Our biggest draw is our award winning ('Outstanding Workplace Mentor') lead facilitator, James Moffatt. James is also the Managing Director of Embed Learning & CLEAR Training, an NLP Practitioner, iMA Practitioner, Executive Coach, speaker, and Fellow of the Institute of Leadership (FIoL).
He is a Certified Business Psychologist with the ABP, has an MSc in Business & Organisational Psychology, a PGDip in Executive Coaching & Mentoring (ILM 7 Diploma), and Diplomas in Psychology, Special Educational Needs (SEN), and Mental Health Advocacy and First Aid at work (among other accolades and qualifications). James has been in sales, sales management / directorships and talent roles at senior levels in blue chip corporate organisations. Passion, enthusiasm, fun, common sense and energy are what makes James such a successful coach/facilitator.
