This project was to design a vinyl and shirt design for an existing band in a certain designers style. I chose Insane Clown Posse and Peter Blake's style because I enjoy the band and enjoy the way Peter's work uses pops or color with illustrations and photographs. I decided to incorperate Insane Clown Posse's crazy energy with Peter's style. I took some photo's of myself and my hands to create the vision I had in mind then photoshopped and collaged everything together. The background was created in Illustrator using the spiral tool.

Next was the shirt design. I thought about how usually shirt designs can be different from the album covers so i used the same techniques as I did with the vinyl cover, but with a different look. I did incorperate the spirals used in the vinyl to add a connection. The flowers on the eyes were inspired by 60's pop art from Peter Blake's time and the layout for the heads were inspired by Insane Clown Posse's older photographs and designs.
