The ESTS project proposes a comprehensive system utilizing sensor-equipped gloves and socks, along with eye-tracking technology, to capture and record expert surgeons' movements and focus points during operations. This innovative setup allows interns to mimic and learn these techniques in real-time(online) or remotely(offline), breaking traditional constraints and significantly improving surgical training efficiency.
