Hawthorne Hall is one of our student accommodation dormitories with private single rooms, shared spaces and a lively campus atmosphere. It is a favourite amongst freshman, though some students prefer to stay on in later years.
Many students enjoy off-campus living in apartments nearby. An example of this is The Towers apartment building.
Built in 1928 as Bennett Towers, it is an excellent example of the architecture of the time. Its red-brick façade, stone detailing and enormous industrial windows reflected the prosperity and ambition of the period.
Now known simply as 'The Towers' it is a favorite of students, young professionals, artists and anyone else who wants the convenience of inner city living without the high price tag.
