Activities and Experiments- This website is a good tool to use when looking for certain experiments to go along with lessons. This website gives the teachers a full list of materials needed, steps on how to complete the experiment, and also different ideas in order to take the experiment one step further.
NGSS Hub- This website is a great tool for teachers to use who need some guidelines when teaching elementary science. This website includes lesson plans, activities, and other resources for grades K-12 in four different core science topics; physical science, earth and space science, life science, and engineering.
Lower Elementary Physical Science Lessons - This website is a good for finding quick and easy activities to do in the classroom with a variety of grade levels.
I-Stem Education Initiative- This is a great website to obtain information and ideas from other educators around the US.
Science Kids- This is a great website for teachers and students. There are many games, labs, activities, and lessons that are all science-based for grades PreK-4.

Coaster Creator - This virtual lab is very useful for students to use when covering the topic about energy. In this lab, students are asked to create their own roller coaster. In order for their roller coaster to be successful, they have to set the correct heights and the right number of loops in order for the roller coaster to be able to slow down in time. If the student builds the roller coaster incorrectly, the roller coaster will crash and they will have to try again.
Create a Graph- This is a great application students can use in order to create bar, line, area, XY, or pie graphs. Create a Graph is very easy to navigate through and a very useful tool for students to use.
Thermal Lab- The BP Educational Service website includes many different virtual labs for students to use that involves electricity, light, energy, states of matter, and much more. The activities and labs are sorted into different age groups ranging from 4-11 years old.
Meet Science- Magnetism and Electricity- This app is used to teach and reinforce the ideas behind force and motion. This is a child-friendly app that is very engaging for many different levels.
How to Make Electricity - This is an app that allows students to explore with different forms of electricity and energy. This interactive app contains four different experimental labs for students to investigate.
