Fees For Notary Public Services

Tex. Gov't. Code Ann. § 406.024 sets out the maximum fees a Notary Public, or their employer, may charge for notary public services. By law, the Secretary of State enforces these maximum fees. However, since our business is mobile, our prices may vary. Please note that you are being charged the legally required fees for notarization services as stipulated by the Secretary of State, with additional mobile notary fees applied due to the nature of our mobile business.

The fees required by the Secretary of State are shown in red, and our additional mobile notary fees are shown in pink. Other services provided by our company vary case by case depending on multiple factors such as location, type of service, and specific client requirements. Please note that our company policy states that payments via Cash App, Venmo, or Square will be charged up to a 3% fee.
