TRANSACTION FEE POLICY

Our Policy for paying service rendered by EL PASO MOBILE NOTARY AND PROCESS SERVERS, LLC a $5.00 Fee will be added for every $100.00 paid by credit card for any service provided to customers.  This fee includes the 3% square charges plus 1.75% to transfer to us and pay any member of our staff for providing any service plus gasoline fee for the member of our staff helping us accomplish service appointments.

APPOINTMENT POLICY UPDATE:

Appointments time frame are up to 30 minutes.  Additional fee will be applied after appointments take longer or exceed time and fee will vary according on times.

Services provided Fees vary from our Mobile Notary and Mobile Consulting department depending on time if it is a rush or not appointment, place, printing, driving, location, day of the week, etc 

Witnesses provided by our Consulting department are a separate Fee.

CANCELLING APPOINTMENTS POLICY AT TIME OF APPOINTMENTS WITH A CUSTOMER

If at time of an appointment Any of our Notary Publics determine that any signer regardless of their age is not competent to identify themselves with their name, age, or any information from their valid photograph ID, Notary service will be denied as it is a requirement from the Texas Secretary of State and witnesses provided by our Consulting department as well as appointment time will incurred a 50% cancellation fee of the original appointment fee

Upfront payment is required in full before we start working in any service provided by El Paso Mobile Notary and Process Servers, LLC to ensure successful collaboration on both sides. No exceptions. Payments with cash preferred and no additional fee can be made through Zelle.  Payments with credit or debit cards will be an additional fee added depending on the total amount of the service.
