EloHero lets you create and manage ELO rankings with friends. By using the app, you agree to these Terms of Use.
You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use EloHero for lawful purposes only.
Price (France): 2,99 € / month (VAT included where applicable).
Auto-renewal: Your subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Payment: Charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase and at each renewal.
Manage / Cancel: Go to Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions on iOS to manage or cancel.
Cancellation effect: Access remains until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds for unused time.
Free trials (if any): Unused portions are forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
Do not attempt to abuse, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the service. We may limit or suspend accounts that violate these terms.
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms. You may stop using the app at any time and cancel per Section 3.
EloHero is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EloHero and its owners are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by French law. Exclusive jurisdiction lies with the courts of Paris, France, unless mandatory law states otherwise.
For App Store distribution, the Apple Media Services Terms and the Apple Standard EULA also apply and prevail where required:
