EloHero (“the App”) provides tools to create and track ELO rankings with your friends.
We value your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data.

Account Data: Anonymous authentication info (via Firebase Auth).
Usage Data: game results, rankings, and group membership.
Subscription Data: information provided by Apple (purchase receipts, plan type).
Analytics Data (optional): anonymous usage statistics to improve the app.
We do not collect sensitive personal data (such as location, contacts, or photos).
Your data is used only to:
Provide and maintain the EloHero service
Sync your account and rankings across devices
Process and validate your subscriptions
Improve performance and fix bugs
Communicate important updates or account information
We never sell or rent your data to third parties.
Data is securely stored in Firebase (Google Cloud), located in the EU.
We apply standard security measures, including encryption in transit and access control.
You can delete your account and data at any time by contacting support.

EloHero is intended for users aged 13 and older.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

When you delete your account, all personal data is permanently removed from our servers.
