STEPS TO PARTICIPATE 

Eligibility: Students must be an incoming 8th through 12th grader (fall of 2026) and eligible for summer school in the Elmbrook School District.

What are the opportunities in the Summer Theater Program this year? 

All students in the summer program will have the opportunity to be a member of the set build crew or costume team. Both the build crew and costume team are a great way for students to learn more about a high school musical program and be a part of the theater experience.

*Students interested in build crew should fill out the CREW REGISTRATION FORM 

*Students interested in the costume team should fill out the COSTUME REGISTRATION FORM

In addition to the build crew and costume team, students in the Summer Theater Program can apply/audition for three more advanced opportunities.  These opportunities will be given to select students through an application or audition process. Any student who signs up for one of these three advanced opportunities but is not selected to be a part of that opportunity, will still be able to join the build crew or costume team. 

1) Run Crew, Lights, and Sound 

Students interested in run crew, lights, and sound will have the opportunity to talk with the Stage Manager and/or Director about their interest during build crew sessions in June. Run crew, lights, and sound will also be a part of the build crew.

2) Cast

Students interested in the cast will need to audition on June 9 or June 10. Because of the overwhelming interest in the cast, not everyone auditioning will be given a role in the production. Even with two casts, there is a limit to the number of students we can have in each cast because of the size of the stage.

*The audition process will consist of a dance audition and vocal audition.

3) Pit Orchestra
