Pre-orders

1. Please inform us of shape/cut and colour of gemstone, and the type of ring setting you are looking for.

2. Estimated date of arrival is around 28-30 days.

3. A 50% deposit payment is required for order confirmation.

4. Enjoy a 20% discount for pre-orders paid in full. Refund will be given for orders which are not fulfilled due to unavailability of materials.

5. Once order is confirmed, no changes are to be made.

6. Pre-orders not applicable for bicoloured gemstones.

Please inform us when placing your order for pre-order designs if you would like to request for certificate of authenticity.

Each certificate costs $5. Payment is to be made together with deposit.
