For hygiene reasons, we do not allow exchange or returns.

We will clean and check all items to ensure they are in good condition before sending them out. In the unfortunate case where the items are damaged during shipping, please contact us within 3 days upon receiving your purchase and we will advise on the refund/exchange accordingly.
