Lisa Ellison has a BA in Philosophy & Classical Studies and an MA in Latin. She is a teaching instructor of classical languages and literatures at East Carolina University. For the last couple of years, she's been developing the elementary and intermediate Latin sequence as four fully online courses.

She began the MS in Instructional Technology in Fall 2022 at ECU, taking one course at a time, in order to improve her courses and to broaden her skill set.
