I work with your student to master concepts being taught in his/her class. With a combination of games and practice, I will help them stop counting on their fingers and begin to enjoy math!

For younger students, I recommend a 30 minute session. If they need more support, coming twice each week is better than doing longer sessions.

I tutor every level of math from 6th grade through AP Statistics. With over 25 years experience tutoring math, I have helped dozens of students improve their grades and achieve their goals. 

 For students this age, I recommend one hour each week. 

In five customized test preparation sessions, I will help your student prepare to achieve their best possible score on the PSAT, ACT, or SAT exam. I offer two options:

1. General Prep – includes one session for each of the subjects (English, Math, Reading, Science) and a 5th session devoted to test strategies and answering questions you have for any of the subjects.

2. In Depth Math – includes 5 sessions reviewing math concepts you need to know for a successful test. We also cover testing strategies that can boost your score in all sections.

My approach is tailored to each student's needs, determined by a practice test taken at home before each session. Unlike many test prep programs, I let you take your practice tests at home so you don’t have to pay me for that time.
