Project Description: Learners will complete a real-world empathy-building challenge titled "Bridge the Gap." This project involves:
• Analyzing a case study of workplace conflict caused by communication gaps
• Designing an empathy-driven solution that improves relationships and outcomes
• Role-playing key moments using active listening and emotional intelligence techniques
• Reflecting on their performance through peer feedback and self-assessment

Problem Statement:
In today’s fast-paced and diverse work environments, misunderstandings and interpersonal friction often stem from a lack of empathetic communication. Many professionals struggle to effectively connect with colleagues across departments, generations, and backgrounds, leading to collaboration breakdowns, low morale, and disengagement.
