My ~510 gallon system is comprised of 6 tanks and 3 sumps which are all plumbed together yet can be easily separated into 3 separate zones if needed. The system has been setup in this house since 2006 and some live stock I've had since 1996 when I moved to Rochester, NY after college.
Originally started in 2006 and had just been re-aquascaped the summer of 2020.
Was originally a 90 gallon that was moved from another house but saw some salt creep on the lower frame so upgraded in 2013
Most recent addition after re-aquascaping the 125g due to all the frags that were made cutting the many large colonies down.
Primary LPS tank with high nutrient levels. Learned that to be more successful you have to focus on the requirements of the specific corals.
This was originally setup as an inline clam raceway to act as a biological nutrient filter but clams have been very temperamental lately.
