Stepford AVsitter Plugin

The AVsitter plugin is a low-profile script that is dropped into AVsitter enabled furniture. To do so, this furniture must be modifiable, most is, but not all. The intention is to inform the Stepford Implant about running adult (sex) animations and the agents (avatars) involved.

ONLY CHANGE FURNITURE THAT HAS COPY PERMISSION. I don't give any warranty or am liable for any kind of damages.

The script will not work with items that don't run AVsitter.

What Does The AVsitter Plugin Do?

The plugin takes information about the current animation and the seated avatars and sends it to the implant of the sitters. The implant then analyses that information and impacts its reputation, libido and sexperience scores.

The plugin works on a best-effort basis and depends on the animation names a creator has chosen. It doesn't work with everything, esp. not if a creator names their animations with non-speaking names (numbers etc.). If you encounter issues, please send me a message identifying the exact furniture you used and - if applicable - a link to its marketplace listing.

How Does It Work?

First, get the script on marketplace: click here.

1. Rez the furniture in edit mode. I recommend to change the name slightly so you'll recognise the modified version.

2. Drop the script stepford-avsitter-relay.lsl into the Contents tab of the furniture. That's it.

Depending on the AVsitter implementation, it's possible that the furniture is now performing a re-read of all configuration notecards. This can take a (very) long time. Usually the progress is displayed as hovertext on the furniture.

If the object the script is dropped into doesn't contains an AVsitter configuration (AVpos notecard), it will delete itself.

Developer Kit

The developer kit contains a script to be dropped into the AVsitter item (furniture or otherwise), and a testing orb to be attached to your body. The testing orb tells you the message contents sent by the script, and the adult score an animation has achieved. If an adult animation gets a zero score, consider renaming the animation to something more explicit.

Update: I've added the detection of some unicode characters for adult activities. Just use them as a word in your animation name, like "❤️ Make Out".

Copy & Transfer Permission

The script comes with copy and transfer permission to be included in your products. It is authorised per-se until it's not. I claim the right to de-authorise individuals who abuse my API scripts.

Creators, it's highly recommended to remove the transfer permission for the next owner from the script. Authorisation checks will only be performed for scripts that have both copy and transfer permission. Removing transfer permission for your customers lets the script start much faster.
