About Me

Hello! My name is Ella Dyer. I'm a Raleigh native and a graduate of the University of North Carolina Wilmington. I graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies and a Minor in Health. 

Within my current role, I am serving as an Information and Communication Specialist for the State of North Carolina. Part of my duties include supporting branding and engagement efforts for both Temporary Solutions (TS) and the Office of State Human Resources (OSHR). It is my goal to aid in helping build momentum through integrated recruitment campaigns, content creation and management, and support stakeholder communication efforts, in order to advance reputation.

Previously, I served as a Marketing Coordinator at The John R. McAdams Company (dba McAdams). Within this role, I served as the primary coordinator pulling together public pursuits for various municipalities. I worked directly with over ten different market sectors, winning work that brought in millions in revenue. A few skills that required me to be successful in this role include but are not limited to, time management, internal and external communication, and detail orientation. 

I have always had a love for creativity in many facets. Whether it is writing, designing, capturing a moment, storytelling, etc., creating is the fuel that drives me to succeed. I have a specific passion for sharing people's narratives through creative work, digital marketing and graphics.
