I have completed a computer-based training titled: The Art and Science of Communication. This training focused on different ways to communicate both effectively and appropriately in the workplace. This training specifically emphasized making connections with coworkers and handling conflict. 

Notable skills that I have gained include but are not limited to sharing responsibility, making connections by communicating from the brain, enhancing and strengthening connections through interest and questions, and communicating assertively while connecting with my audience.
