Were we appointed to your case?

Elkhart Legal Aid Services may be appointed to your case by a Court Judge! We can be appointed to Elkhart County Superior Court IV-D Child Support Cases as well as Goshen City Court Cases. 

If we have been appointed to your child support case, we request that you fill out the form below (provided in both english and spanish) and turn it into our office so we may set an appointment to discuss your case.
