Elkhart Legal Aid Provides assistance to Elkhart County Residents who are Indigent with filing for uncontested and unfiled divorce, guardianship, and power of attorney. 

Our ultimate goal is to provide you with solutions and suggestions to your needs, even if it isn't with us. 

If you believe you may qualify for our services, please print and fill out the pages below (provided in both and Spanish) and return them to our office via e-mail, mail, or fax. 

Please allow 1-2 business days for our office to process your application. Once your application is processed, we will send a letter to your provided address detailing your approval or denial.
