Props sourcing spreadsheet for Fordham Splinter Group's Spring 2025 production of Into The Woods (Props Designer)
Splinter Group has a very limited budget due to being a club, so often a majority of our props (and even set pieces) are either sourced and borrowed from cast and crew or crafted. The status dropdown menus in the third column of this spreadsheet were updated throughout the production process.

This production was set on a subway platform and used everyday objects from the bags of the ensemble members, so nearly every prop had to be organized and preset into the correct person's bags before the top of the preshow.
Nearly all of the props were onstage the entire show, so this was how I kept track of where props were throughout and when they were used.
