Provided leadership, supervision and coordination of health for staff and student across the school district. Advise district leaders on health and safety matters, ensuring compliance with state and federal guidelines. Oversee health staff performance evaluations, address personnel concerns, and implement disciplinary actions when necessary. Develop and maintain school health policies and procedures. Serve as a key liaison among students, families, school staff and community recourses. Participate with special education teams and ensure adherence to the Nurse Practice Act through delegation, training and supervision of licensed and unlicensed personnel.
