Septic Inspections

When buying a property, people area always concerned about roof condition/age, HVAC age, foundation issues, electrical issues or other "big ticket" items. But what most people take for granted is the septic system. Septic systems are a critical part of your house and defects in this system are often expensive. It is not unlikely to spend $1000 - up to $6000 for septic repairs depending on the severity of the defect. Elite Property Inspections has put together a completely separate service that can give your septic system the same type of inspection that we provide for your home. We use the same software, same style report (complete with measurements, pictures, diagrams and locations) to help our clients. This report includes location of tank, drain fields, main line exiting house, cleanouts, current tank levels and everything in between, as well as defects observed in each of these sub-components.

Not all homes have a septic tank. Most homes in subdivisions/city limits are a a city sewer system. This is why we also offer sewer camera services. We always recommend this service as a minimum, especially if the house still uses cast iron drainage lines exiting your home. This lines are prone to rusting on the inside. The rusting can reduce flow and cause jagged shards to form which can easily aid in frequent clogs and backups in your system. Our sewer camera service will help identify this condition in advance.
