All training sessions are led by Coach Logan Stewart. Coach Stew has coached and/or interned with multiple teams at various levels of NCAA athletics. Sessions are designed specifically to develop athletic ability and reduce risk of injury for all athletes. These are not workouts to just "get stronger". After attending a class, athletes will leave with an increased knowledge of how their body can be utilized for maximum athletic performance.
Group Sessions are $10 per athlete per session or $65 per athlete for the entire month. Team Rates below
High School Lifting
Split into male and female groups, High School Lifting sessions are designed to progress the all-around athlete. With a primary focus on strength, the following attributes are also trained: Speed, agility, mobility, power
8th Grade Lifting
Like High School Lifting, groups are split into male and female sessions and a large portion of time is devoted to safe and efficient movement patterns in the weight room setting. It has been proven time and time again that safe and proper movement mechanics leads to a lesser chance of injury, and an increase in athletic performance. During this essential time of development, it is critical to ensure athlete safety.
Middle School Workouts
Following a long-term athletic development model, EAD Middle School Workouts are designed to lay a strong foundation for the athlete to grow upon as they grow. There is no cookie cutter option to train youth sports and because of this, EAD is prepared to develop each athlete at their own speed. 6th and 7th Grade groups will learn safe movement techniques through safe protocols and games.
4th / 5th Grade PE
