I am primarily interested in questions of party competition and political representation through political texts and the use of digital tools. I have explored this through a lens of party politics and political behaviour on social media as well as through applications of AI.

Before moving to Saarbrücken, I completed my PhD in Politics at the University of Strathclyde in Glasgow, UK, in August 2026, supervised by Prof Zoe Greene and Dr Heinz Brandenburg. My thesis examines how parties and candidates engage in cross-channel communication strategies during election campaigns on social media.
