Welcome! I'm Dr. Elise Demeter, a researcher in Academic Affairs at UNC Charlotte specializing in improving undergraduate and graduate education.  I received my B.S. in biology at Duke University and my Ph.D. in neuroscience from the University of Michigan. I completed postdoctoral training at the Center for Cognitive Neuroscience at Duke University, where I also completed a fellowship in science communication.
