During the drought season, there was an exceptionally low volume of hay and other food for the hippo population and, as a result, many of these wonderful species were suffering from hunger and perishing.  That's when Elephants Protection Society mobilized itself to bring much needed hay to these starving animals.  We partnered with a variety of organizations and work tirelessly to obtain and transport the resources to help the hippos.
